专利说明:
The invention relates to the manufacture of tobacco products, in particular filters, and can be used in the tobacco industry. The closest technical solution to the present invention is a filter for tobacco products, which is a cylindrical rod made of TlJ fiber material. The disadvantage of the known filtering is the low filtration efficiency. In addition, the well-known filter does not have good hardness, does not have a pleasant appearance and can have an uneven end color; the technology for its processing in industrial production is rather complicated. The purpose of the invention is to increase the filtration efficiency. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the proposed filter the fibers of the material are arranged in layers inclined towards the surface of the filter with the formation of cone-shaped elements, while the fibers of these layers are oriented arbitrarily, and at the base of the elements they are arranged with greater density than on their inclined sides form a filter shell. In this case, the cone-shaped elements consist of stiffening fibers and thin fibers. Stiffening fibers can be made from extracted alpha-cellulose chemically purified substances containing soft woods, while fine fibers are made from substances selected from the group containing eXparto, eucalyptus and cotton. In addition, the filter may include additives selected from the group consisting of kaolin, calcium carbonate, activated carbon, and diatomaceous earth. The filter can also include a binder selected from the group containing starch and moisture resins that can be selected from the group of polyamines, polyethylene amines. The filter may also include synthetic fibers, which are polyolefin fibers. FIG. 1 shows schematically a filter for tobacco products, a longitudinal section / in FIG. 2 is the same general perspective view; FIG. 3 shows a section A – D in FIG. 1; FIG. 4 shows a section BB in FIG. 1, in FIG. 5,6 and 7 - contact beta-radiograms through cuts with a thickness of 1.3 mm in structure i filter I in FIG. 8.9 and 10 are cross-sectional graphs in FIG. 5.6 and 7, respectively, showing the relative density of the material, determined by two diameters with the help of a beta-radio scanner, which gives a scan of 1 mm. The filter comprises a cylindrical rod 1 of fibrous material, which is arranged in layers 2 (Figs. 3 and 4) obliquely with respect to the surface of the filter and forms cone-shaped elements consisting of fibers 3, which impart rigidity, and fine fibers 4. The fibers of the material layers 2 are oriented arbitrarily, and at the base 5 of the cone-shaped elements the fibers are arranged with greater density (Fig. 3) than the fibers located on their inclined sides 6 and form the filter casing 7. The inclined sides b of the cone-shaped element are connected in the central beam 8, while the surfaces of the inclined sides of the adjacent cone-shaped elements and the beams are interconnected. When using a filter, cigarette smoke passes along the filter in the direction of arrow 9, while filtration is carried out first in the zone of fine fibers 4, while fibers 3 impart rigidity to the structure. Filter structure is provided by-. There is a large radial permeability of gases through the thin fibers 4. Fiber 3, which gives rigidity, can be made from extracted alpha-cellulose chemically purified substances containing soft wood species. FIG. 5 shows a filter made from 100% sulphate mass of small wood species. Fine fibers can be made from substances selected from the group containing ecoparto, eucalyptus and cotton from 40 to 50%. FIG. B and 7 shows filters made from a mixture of pulp. The plots in FIG. 8.9 and 10 are based on the visual conclusion of FIG. 5, b and 7 and show that the transmission of beta radiation is significantly emitted in the region of fine fibers. The filter can be made of various fibrous materials, while maintaining the proportion of the mass of hard and fine fibers to ensure the structure of the filter, improve its strength and filtration characteristics. In changing the filtration characteristics, various additives can be added to the filter, preferably from the group consisting of kaolin, calcium carbonate, activated carbon and diatomaceous earth. When additives are added, it is advisable to include binders selected from the group comprising starch and moisture resins to prevent dusting of the product. Starch can be KaTtioHHM or anionic, and moisture-resistant resins are selected from the group of polyamines or polyethylene amines. Starch may be alternately added to the surface after the formation of the rod. It is also possible to include in the filter other fibrous substances, for example, synthetic fibers, which are polyolefin fibers. The proposed filter can also be used as a filter for absorbing oil and have a square, hexagonal or any other shape that is convenient in its cross section. The technical and economic advantages of the proposed filter for tobacco products as compared with the known ones are increased filtration efficiency, pleasant appearance, uniform color, its end face and providing easier processing technology in industrial production.
